Anna Nicole Smith Murdered? Did She Starve Her Baby?

In the weeks before her tragic death, Anna Nicole Smith was taking so many drugs that she feared her lawyer Howard K. Stern was trying to kill her!

Sources spilling to the ENQUIRER reveal at least two suicide attempts, regular cocaine use, frequent collapses, and episodes of vomiting and bed soiling following the death of her son Daniel.

Obsessed with her weight, she ate little solid food - and, worse, carried the obsession over to her 5-month-old daughter Dannielynn, ordering staff at her Bahamas mansion to underfeed the baby so she'd grow up "slim and sexy," charge sources.

Dannielynn's nanny has filed a document accusing her former boss of requiring her to starve the baby and having sexcapades with the Bahamian Minister of Immigration.

The nanny, Quethlie Alexis, swore in an affidavit that she was repeatedly threatened by Anna (aka Vickie Marshall) to "underfeed" Dannielynn because, "Ms. Marshall was obsessed with making sure that her baby was 'sexy.' Ms. Marshall knew that the correct amount of baby food was 3 ounces every 3 hours ... Ms. Marshall insisted that the maximum I was to give was 2.5 ounces." Alexis explained that Anna Nicole threatened to "shoot her" if Dannielynn ever called the nanny "Mummy" and made sure she underfed the baby by "making sure the baby monitor was kept on all the time." She explains that as a result, Dannielynn "is badly underweight and not thriving, as a baby should."

Anna never got over the death of her son Daniel three days after Dannielynn was born. "She was always crying," an insider told The ENQUIRER.

An insider even claims they heard her outrageously yell at Howard: 'I don't want to see you again - you're trying to kill me!'

"Howard never used drugs but Anna smoked cocaine every single day.

"She'd smoke the cocaine and 10 or 15 minutes later she would be a changed person, very animated and talking loudly.

"Sometimes she would smoke too much - and took pills to bring her down."

The insider added, "Many times she was so drugged that she fell, often hurting herself. She frequently vomited on the floor and soiled her bed. She hardly ate, just smoked cocaine and drank fruit juice."

Immediately after Anna Nicole's death, media outlets reported that her 5-month old, Dannielynn had been in the Bahamas the day her mother passed away. But that may not be the case. Another source tells Star exclusively, "I have heard Dannielynn was at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with Anna and Howard – and that when Howard received the panicked phone call about Anna being stricken, he orchestrated having the baby and a nurse removed immediately from the hotel, sending them out on a flight back to Nassau!"

Now Star magazine has learned that Howard K. Stern won't be leaving the Bahamas anytime soon. A Bahamian judge issued the potential baby daddy of the late Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn with a court order that prevents him and the baby from fleeing the Caribbean island.

Keeping Stern in the Bahamas will potentially make things a little easier for Anna Nicole's mother, Virgie Arthur and other potential baby daddy, Larry Birkhead to take action of their own. Arthur says she fears for Dannielynn's safety in the hands of Stern.

Smith's mom, Virgie Arthur, begged the court to take action, saying she fears for the safety of her 5-month-old granddaughter as long as baby Dannielynn remains with Stern. For now things may be heading in her favor...

In other news, Anna Nicole Smith's former bodyguard Alexander Denk could be her daughter Dannielynn's father.
Denk claims he had a two-year affair with the late Playboy Playmate, during which Anna Nicole begged him to start a family with her.
He told US TV show 'Extra': "I think it was an instant spark, and I think it was the same for her. She was wonderful, a very sensitive and emotional woman. A very good kisser, I must say.
"She told me she wanted to have her kids with me. There's always a possibility I could be Dannielynn's father."
Denk, who met the model when he was cast as the chef on 'The Anna Nicole Show', revealed the 39-year-old was secretly suffering from life-threatening seizures which could have caused her tragic death.
He said: "She told me everything, things no one else knows. I knew she was in trouble when I talked to her two weeks ago. She was sick of being called names. Everyone was bashing her and putting her down and suing her."
When asked if he thought drugs were to blame for Anna Nicole's death, he replied: "In my opinion, I don't think so. I think she was exhausted. Poor Anna, I hope she's in peace wherever she is."
There are now five possible fathers of five-month-old Dannielynn - Anna Nicole's late husband J. Howard Marshall, her lover and lawyer Howard K. Stern, Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt and photographer Larry Birkhead.
