Mandy Moore and Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein's relationship could not be saved. The pair, who have been dating for about three months, have called it quits.

Page Six, which first reported the split, claimed that Moore was the initiator in the break up. A source for People magazine, however, said, "It was mutual." The People snitch claimed that the couple parted ways about 10 days ago.

Sources confirm that the pair are dating. A witness to Mandy and Adam's visit to the Coffee Bean told Us Weekly, "She had a huge smile on her face. When they left, they put their arms around each other."

Brody Jenner may have told People magazine that he and Nicole Richie are still on good terms after their abrupt break up, but it didn’t look that way last week at a Hollywood party. Richie reportedly had a bit of a breakdown when she ran into Brody and his new girlfriend, “The Hills� star, Lauren Conrad (L.C.) at an event for Target.

The party took place last Thursday at Area and Richie’s ex-fiancé, DJ AM was spinning. Richie was handling the run in with both of her exes well, but didn’t feel the same way about Lauren. A spy on the scene said Conrad was dishing out “in-your-face friendliness� to Richie, who was unable to control her discomfort with the situation.

Michelle Trachtenberg has a thing for guys in the music business. A few months back, she was linked to Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz and now she’s allegedly dating Nicole Richie’s ex-fiancé, DJ AM.

According to Life & Style Weekly, Michelle and AM, a.k.a. Adam Goldstein, have been seeing each other for about a month. Though they were dating when Michelle turned 21 earlier this month, Adam was unable to make her party at Hyde due to work. But the 33-year-old still gave his new lady a birthday to remember. L&S reports that he gave Michelle a $2,000 Balenciaga bag. (Interesting note: Nicole Richie is a Balenciaga fan and has their motorcycle bag in a rainbow of colors.)
