 | | Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling split up 3 months ago! | | | | Contrary to reports that they’re just taking a break from each other, insiders tell Star that Canadian sweetheart, Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling actually split up for good 3 months ago!
“She no longer shares his downtown L.A. loft and has moved back to Canada, says an insider.
Meanwhile, Ryan has been on several dates with an Asian model named Sammy, spotted most recently at L.A. Fred 62 restaurant, adds the source!
The couple may have called it quits because they just don’t have much in common. Ryan “is very into the L.A. art scene. All his friends are artsy and smart. Plus he did not “approve of Rachel’s movie choices.

Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling engaged? |
Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling are a movie romance come to life, almost literally. The couple starred in last year’s hit romance, The Notebook, where they had obvious chemistry. When they relived their onscreen kiss during the MTV Movie Awards in June, many wondered if the love they shared in the film had blossomed in real life. Sure enough, in the coming months, 29-year-old McAdams and 25-year-old Gosling were seen hitting bars, grocery shopping and dog walking together. They were even reported to be volunteering for Hurricane Katrina as a duo.
Things don’t seem to be slowing down for this hot pair. The Chicago Sun-Times recently reported in their gossip column that they may be considering marriage. According to the paper, “An unusually reliable Hollywood insider told this column Sunday, ‘Not only does it look like [Ryan and Rachel are] living together, but they've been talking to a couple of top private jewelers about engagement rings.’ What a perfect end to a storybook romance.
