Live 8 sues overAnna Nicole Smith's behavior |

Anna Nicole Smith just can’t get a break. It seems no matter what she does, she manages to get herself into more trouble. And no doubt her bad reputation has Trimspa, the supposed source behind her dramatic weight loss, wondering if they picked the wrong girl as a spokesmodel. The company is likely to be especially regretting their decision now. Page Six reports that Live 8 has filed a $500K+ lawsuit against Trimspa due to their inability to control Anna’s behavior during their Philadelphia concert in the summer. The lawsuit claims that Trimspa agreed to pay Live 8 $320K for commercials and for Smith’s participation in the event. Live 8 claims that it never received the promised fee and that “when Ms. Smith showed up to the Philadelphia concert to be integrated into the ABC broadcast…she was intoxicated and scantily clad in revealing attire that was totally inappropriate for a broadcast that would be seen by millions of people." According to the suit, Anna’s antics “damaged Live 8's reputation and goodwill in the entertainment industry by her unbecoming and erratic behavior." The Bosh can’t help but wonder what Live 8 was thinking in the first place. Who did they think they were agreeing to invite anyway, Dakota Fanning?
