The Dallas movie is in the works. British director Gurinder Chadha announced that she would be directing the big screen version of the hit 80s TV show. Coming along for the project will be John Travolta and Jennifer Lopez.   Travolta will play J.R. Ewing and Lopez will star as Sue Ellen Ewing. No other stars were revealed, though it is rumored that Luke Wilson and Scarlett Johansson are also up for roles. Chadha, who directed Bend it Like Beckham and Bride and Prejudice, will start shooting in October. The movie should be released in 2007.
