I always felt bad for Eddie, one of my fallen heroes from the 80s (who didn't have a crush on Eddie and/or Dave in their glory days?). He seemed to have it all: a great marriage, a cool son with a cooler name ... but he drank it all away. Now things seem to be looking up for the guitar legend.

I was pleasantly surprised to read that Eddie had recently remarried, this time to an actress/stunt woman and publicist named Janie Liszewski. They've been together for about three years now. The couple enjoyed a modest, jeans-and-flip-flops kind of affair with about 100 guests, including his ex, Valerie Bertinelli. I was also pleased to read that it was a non-alcoholic event. I hope that means that Eddie has really gotten his s**t together and can start making music again. He looks better than he has in years. Decades, even.
