Four million Internet users logged onto VanityFair.com for the picture on Monday, causing the website to temporarily shut down. Annie Leibovitz is underfire for pictures of the fifteen year old Hannah Montana star without a top and covered with just a sheet for the June 2008 issue of Vanity Fair, Popcrunch reports
