Nicole Richie moving in with Joel Madden?

Nicole Richie is moving stuff out of her West Hollywood condo into Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden's Glendale.

According to Page Six, Joel's bandmate, brother, and next-door neighbor Benji is "furious." The source says Joel and Nicole "have already become inseparable, and spend almost every night together." Richie is expected to join Madden when he deejays on New Year's Eve at the Palms Hotel in Vegas.

Speaking on New Year's, guests at Nicole Richie's New Year's party have received some strict instructions about their outfits for the night - they have to include knickers! After last month's undie-less rampage by stars like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, it seems Nicole is fed up with her pals flashing the world when they get out of limos, and she doesn't want it happening on her special night reports 3AM Girls.

"Nic wants this to be a glitzy event, something with a bit of style, so that means no commando," reveals a party insider.
