Hey folks! 👋 So, I’ve been gluten-free for 3 months now—no bread, pasta, nada. My cousin swore it’d fix my bloating and ‘brain fog,’ but honestly? I’m still gassy, and my brain feels like it’s running on dial-up. 😤 Anyone else tried this? Am I just impatient, or is gluten-free a scam? Spill the tea! ☕️

Only ~1% of people have celiac disease. Non-celiac gluten sensitivity is real but rare. Many ‘gluten’ symptoms could be FODMAPs, stress, or lactose. Get tested before self-diagnosing! Also, gluten-free diets lack fiber—you might be causing the bloat. 😬
