Kelly Osbourne doing well following her seizure

Doctors say Kelly Osbourne is doing well following her seizure last week and should suffer no long-term effects, PEOPLE reports . Osbourne was released from hospital Monday with a clean bill of health.

"Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees @CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home its so nice to bein bed!" Osbourne, 28, wrote on Twitter after her release.

Osbourne fainted on the set of the E! show on Thursday. It was later determined that she had a seizure.

"Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results," the rep said. "She is looking forward to returning to Fashion Police this week and getting back to business and life as usual."

While in the hospital, Osbourne joked that the situation was dire. "My life is now like an episode of House," she posted on Twitter. "The impending fight against death and the look of fear in everyones faces!"
