Feud between Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian, risk for Kim's baby ?

Kris Humphries is in no rush to speed through divorce proceedings just because Kim Kardashian is pregnant with Kanye West's baby, but added stress on the reality star could harm the fetus.

According to the HuffPost, "Kardashian is reportedly angry Humphries is employing "stall tactics" to delay the legal dissolution of their 72-day marriage, according to People magazine. But the NBA player's lawyer is defending his client's stance."

Attorney Marshall Waller, representing Mr. Humphries, writes: "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

Humphries wants to be present for Kardsahian's deposition, but the 28-year-old Brooklyn Nets player claims his schedule has him tied up until May or June, reports E! News.

On the other side, Kim and Kourtney appeared on "Sway In The Morning" and Kim opened up about the toll the divorce has taken on her : "[The marriage] is going on its second year, and that's really tough because I want to move on, she said. "I really want to move on with my life."
