Closer Removes Topless Kate Middleton Photos from its Site + SEX PICTURES of KATE Middleton and Prince William?

KATE Middleton's topless photos are to be re-published in Chi, an Italian weekly.

The news comes just days after Closer magazine pulled the images from its website.
Closer first published the topless candid pictures of Kate Middleton.

Chi plans to print a special issue devoting 26 pages to the candid pictures of topless Kate Middleton.

Closer Magazine said the pictures were taken on the terrace of the Autet Chateau in Provence, southern France. The magazine said the chateau is owned by Viscount Linley, the son of Queen Elizabeth II's late sister Princess Margaret.

Closer's editor Laurence Pieau says "I won't hide the fact that there are more intimate pictures that exist that we haven't published and will not publish. These images are full of joy, not degrading."

"These photos are not in the least shocking. They show a young woman sunbathing topless, like the millions of women you see on beaches."

Leading TMZ to speculate Closer has sex pictures of KATE Middleton and Prince William.

A version of the front cover of Chi showed some of the photos with the headline "The Queen is Naked!"

"The fact that these are the future rulers of England makes the article more interesting and topical," editor Alfonso Signorini told reporters.

"This is a deserving topic because it shows in a completely natural way the daily life of a very famous, young and modern couple in love," he said.

Meanwhile the Royals released a Statement On Kate's Topless Photo Scandal saying, "Their Royal Highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner. The incident is reminiscent of the worst excesses of the press and paparazzi during the life of Diana, Princess of Wales, and all the more upsetting to The Duke and Duchess for being so. Their Royal Highnesses had every expectation of privacy in the remote house. It is unthinkable that anyone should take such photographs, let alone publish them. Officials acting on behalf of Their Royal Highnesses are consulting with lawyers to consider what options may be available to The Duke and Duchess."
