Vanessa reportedly left the water running in her Studio City, Calif., home two months ago causing a whopping $250,000 in damage, say sources.

While her home is being repaired, Vanessa is renting a beautiful beach house just north of Malibu -- and Zac loved the place so much, he ended up moving in with her.

“It’s been a happy twist of fate for Zac and Vanessa,” a source close to both told The ENQUIRER.
