Supermodel Kate Moss is going under hypnotherapy to kick her cigarette and alcohol habits because she wants to try for a baby with fiance Jamie Hince.

"Kate is aware that she smokes heavily and probably drinks a little too much. So she has been to see a Harley Street therapist to help her break those habits. Jamie is keen to start a family and Kate knows that it would be wise to try and conquer her vices before she gets pregnant again," a friend told the newspaper.

"She's really been enjoying her sessions and has already begun to see the benefits," the friend added.

Moss, 36, has reportedly been in the studio recording tracks with her musician boyfriend Jamie Hince, 40, who has taken a break from his rock band The Kills.

A friend of the model's said to UK newspaper Daily Star: 'They've already recorded their first track, a Velvet Underground cover. Kate has an amazing voice.

'This will change the way people think of her. She was born to be a rock 'n' roll star. Kate's really supportive of Jamie's new band, which is a five-piece.”

The pal added: 'She's been getting really involved, taking the session musicians out for dinner and giving her musical input.'
