Shia LaBeouf – is set to re-commence filming on the Transformers sequel , PEOPLE reports.

Doctors performed extensive surgery on LaBeouf's left hand in July, following his late-night car crash.
The 22-year-old's injuries will be written into the script of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, which is currently shooting in Los Angeles.
