Jennifer Lopez thwarts tell-all book, for now |

Jennifer Lopez and her former husband have reached an agreement banning him from publishing intimate details about his life with the singer.
Ojani Noa, Lopez's first husband, will also be barred from "criticising or denigrating" the star until a permanent settlement is reached.
If the pair fail to reach a settlement, a non-jury trial will be held to decide if the injunction becomes permanent.
Lopez sued Noa in April over plans to publish a book about their marriage reports BBC news.
"Noa will do anything within his power to make money off his ex-wife and thinks nothing of wilfully hurting Ms Lopez in the process, " lawyers say.
Lopez claims that Noa has admitted to making disparaging statements about her in his book proposal, has revealed private and intimate details, solicited paid media interviews, attempted to sell private videos, and demanded $5 million after he signed a confidentiality agreement. Lopez’s attorneys filed a 288 page brief to substantiate her case.
According to court documents, Noa’s book proposal describes in explicit detail Ojani’s alleged first sexual encounter with the entertainer on the balcony of the Doubletree Hotel in Miami. He also plans to write that Lopez’s mother, Guadalupe, is a “racist” and had a gambling problem.
The 36-year-old was married to Cuban-born Noa - her first husband - for less than a year before they divorced in 1998.
The court docs revealed that Jennifer Lopez paid her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, $125,000 not to air their dirty laundry to the public in tell-all, but he is proceeding with his plans to publish a book about their brief marriage.
The former couple's relationship turned sour last year (05) when Noa fought Lopez for firing him as manager of her Pasadena, California restaurant Madre's.
He claimed he was dismissed illegally. The pair settled out of court.
Earlier this week, a man admitted to stealing Lopez's video of her 2004 wedding with singer Marc Anthony, which was in a laptop computer when Anthony's car was stolen.
