Jesus H Christ and the Four Hornsmen of the Apocalypse

On May 19th, at The Tribeca Rock Club (New York), Jesus H. Christ will perform all original songs from their highly anticipated upcoming first album which they say will secure their places as the "Godparents" of "Agno" or "Agnostic" Rock, including songs about ambivalence, being bi-coastal, ennui in Connecticut, insecurity, being horny for a widower, and girls who prey on boyfriends for their literary and musical references.

"Jesus H. Christ" the name is a time-honored exclamation of frustration or vexation. It's not meant to be either religious or blasphemous.

The four piece band includes guitarist Joel Shelton, singer Risa Mickenberg, bass guitarist Will Shelton, and drummer Ray Grappone. Jesus H. Christ is backed by a bad-assed Hawaii 5-0-ish 4 piece brass section: Wayne DuMaine, Tim Schadt, on trumpet, Mike Boschen and Chris Olness on trombone: The Four Hornsmen of the Apocalypse.
