Howard Stern's first day |
|
|
 |
Radio star Howard Stern kicked off his first day on Sirius satellite radio with five hours of steamy language that would normally be bleeped out on mainstream radio reports Reuters.
After dealing with about 20 minutes of technical glitches that forced him to play music for the first time in years, Stern hit his stride touching on topics from his purported marriage to the war in Iraq reports USATODAY
Though technically uncensored, Stern used little profanity. However, he didn't shy away from X-rated material peppered with bad language, and his staffers frequently cursed. From 6-10 a.m., USATODAY counted approximately 172 swear words.
About 80 minutes into the program, the shock jock announced that he and his longtime girlfriend, model Beth Ostrosky, had tied the knot during their vacation in Mexico, the Associated Press reports.

Warner's In2TV |
|
|
 |
Warner Brothers is preparing a new Internet service that will let fans watch full episodes from more than 100 old television series. The service, called In2TV, will be free, supported by advertising, and will start early next year. More than 4,800 episodes will be made available online in the first year reports New York Times.
"In2TV," will serve up "Welcome Back Kotter," "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman," "Pinky and the Brain" and "Growing Pains" among a host of other Warner-owned shows beginning in January.
Programs on In2TV will have one to two minutes of commercials for each half-hour episode, compared with eight minutes in a standard broadcast. The Internet commercials cannot be skipped.
America Online will distribute the service on its Web portal. Both it and Warner Brothers are Time Warner units. An enhanced version of the service will use peer-to-peer file-sharing technology to get the video data to viewers.
"We looked at the rise of broadband on Internet and said, 'Let's try to be the first to create a network that opens a new window of distribution for us rather than having to go hat in hand to a USA or a Nick at Night or a TBS,' " said Eric Frankel, the president of Warner Brothers' domestic cable distribution division said.

Today, I learned a new word: Faggotry (embrace it people) - Webster does not recognize the word, so it is up to you to spread it -- in a good light.
Based on a Google Search, the word is widely abused. Here is an example of the abuse of this Fabulous word.
It is a sad thing...
Anyway, Mean Gays is a parody of that fabulous, Lindsay Lohan movie Mean Girls. - College Humor
Image Bel Ami, that model is the object of desire for one of the hot actors.
PS> I think the video is safe for work....
