Actor Matt Damon weds Luciana Bozan in New York |

Matt Damon, 35, married Luciana Bozan, 29, in a small private ceremony yesterday morning in Manhattan, according to his publicist, Jennifer Allen. Ms. Allen said Ms. Bozan's 7-year-old daughter, Alexia, witnessed the ceremony reports New York Times
Damon and Barroso, who is three months pregnant with the couple's first child, were thrilled, said his Los Angeles-based spokeswoman.
The news comes just a week after Matt confessed he wanted to be a strong
father figure when he becomes a dad.
He said: "I have longed for kids in real life. I just have to learn how to
be a disciplinarian. Now I'm good at winding kids up, but I'm not so good at
chilling them out."
Mr. Damon and Ms. Bozan were engaged last summer. They met two years ago when she tended bar in a Miami nightclub. This is Mr. Damon's first marriage and Ms. Bozan's second; her previous married name was Barroso.
Matt Damon first rose to stardom in the 1997 independent movie Good Will Hunting, which he co-wrote and starred in with his friend Ben Affleck.
The movie earned the pair an Oscar for best original screenplay.
Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg attended the wedding, which took place at City Hall at 9 a.m., said Edward Skyler, a spokesman for him.
