Gwyneth Paltrow talks to W magazine about whether she and her husband Chris Martin will have more children: “I don’t think so. Well, definitely not right away. I have a dream version where I think, maybe in four years I’ll have two in a row really quickly again—how fabulous to have a whole bunch of them! But then at that point, when everyone’s potty-trained and sleeping through the night, are you really going to go back? I’d also like to work now a bit. My husband really wants to adopt. So I don’t know; I’m sort of open for anything.”

'Shakespeare In Love' actress Gwyneth Paltrow feels that Lindsay Lohan is very talented and will have a good career reports Showbuzz
"My prediction is that Lindsay Lohan, she'll figure it out," the Academy Award winning actress told Entertainment Tonight. "It's really, really hard to be so young and so in the public eye and I think it's very confusing."
"It's hard to be that out there and, you know, when everybody's analyzing everything you do, and she's ... very young," she said.
Speaking on being rebellious, Gwyneth Paltrow says
Earlier this month a Portuguese newspaper quoted Gwyneth Paltrow as stating, "The British are much more intelligent and civilized than the Americans." The actress was quick to claim that she had been misquoted and told People magazine, "I felt so upset to be completely misconstrued and I never, ever would have said that. I definitely did not say that I think the British are more intelligent and civilized than Americans. I am a New York girl, that's how I always think of myself and see myself."
Because the interview was conducted in Spanish, in which she is not entirely fluent, Paltrow said, "Obviously I need to go back to seventh-grade Spanish!" Still, for many the apology was not enough to make up for the statement and now Gwyneth's director brother, Jake, may suffer for it.
According to Life & Style Weekly, many Americans have decided to boycott Gwyneth's next movie in reaction to her comment. Unfortunately, that film, The Good Night, was directed by Jake.
A source close to the actress said, "She's just torn up about this...It would break her heart if Jake's first major directing effort was torpedoed because she misspoke."
Gwyneth Paltrow has always been known for her model-thin figure, but the actress is reportedly having trouble getting rid of the baby weight she gained while pregnant with her second child, Moses. According to British newspaper, the Sun, Paltrow has gone on a brutal diet in order to get back her shape.

She has also started a strict diet to help shift the extra pounds.

Gwyneth Paltrow gives birth to son Moses |

Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow gave birth during the weekend to her second child with rock star husband Chris Martin, a son the couple has named Moses
The child arrived safely, according to the actress's spokeswoman Emily Yomtobian who could neither confirm nor deny whether Paltrow had a Caesarean section. Ms Yomtobian would say only that he was healthy, adding: "Mum and baby are both doing well. I'm sure they are ecstatic."
After the couple's daughter Apple was born, the actress said she did not understand the fuss about the name.
"It conjured such a lovely picture for me -- you know, apples are so sweet, and they're wholesome and it's biblical -- and I
just thought it sounded so lovely," the actress said in 2004 on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
Moses is a song on Coldplay's Live 2003 album, said to have been written by Martin for his Oscar-winning wife.
In June 2003 he reportedly told fans in Denver, Colorado, it was about the actress and it was the song he most enjoyed performing.

Moses born to Gwyneth and Chris |
|
|
 |
So much for those Mortimer rumors, Gwyneth Paltrow’s son is named Moses. The actress gave birth to her second child with Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin over the weekend, her publicist confirmed. Moses was born in New York City. No other information was given.
Moses’s birth comes nearly two years after his sister Apple’s. Apple was born on May 14. Moses is likely named for the song of the same title that his father Chris wrote about mother Gwyneth. Here’s a sample of the lyrics, “Come on now, don't you want to see? Just what a difference you've made in me.”
Moses is clearly a biblical name, while Apple isn’t overtly so. Still Paltrow claimed she was influenced by the biblical connotations of the fruit, when she chose her daughter’s name. On Oprah, Gwyneth said, "It conjured such a lovely picture for me - you know, apples are so sweet and they're wholesome and it's biblical - and I just thought it sounded so lovely and clean.”

Hey Gwyneth Paltrow - go easy on the alcohol! |
|
|
 |
Here’s an update on Gwyneth Paltrow’s pregnant booze binge. Yesterday we told you that Gwyneth was spotted drinking Guinness while out with her husband, Chris Martin at a sushi restaurant in NYC. Her rep confirmed the incident, as Guinness is believed by some to be good during pregnancy because of its iron content. But what about wine?
Gwyneth has apparently been drinking more than just Guinness since her second pregnancy began. Reports a New York Daily News reader, "I sat next to [Gwyneth] and Chris Martin at Lupa on Thompson Street [Wednesday] night; she had two or three glasses of wine in the time that I was there, and I left when they were partway through the main course."
It sounds like Gwyneth needs to lay off the sauce. But all her drinking hasn’t gone to the actress’s looks. Said the witness, "She looked gorgeous as usual, with the pregnant 'glow.' Her face did look large though, which, according to my superstitious Italian friend who was with me, means she is having a girl, since face changes during pregnancy mean a female child." The rumors so far have suggested that Gwyneth is expecting a boy, who she may name Mortimer.

Gwyneth loves Guinness |
|
|
 |
It’s so hard to keep track of all the things pregnant women should and shouldn’t do to keep their babies healthy. But an A-list actress like Gwyneth Paltrow could afford to hire her own baby health specialist to keep track of all the constantly changing recommendations if she wanted to. And Gwyneth just might have done so as she’s become one of the first celebrities to try a new recommendation: Guinness beer.
Paltrow and her husband, Chris Martin of Coldplay dined at sushi joint, Cube 63 in New York on Tuesday night. According to the New York Daily News, it looked as though Gwyneth was eating sushi - a no no for pregnant women. Then Martin purchased some Guinness and Paltrow drank one, further astounding the other patrons of the restaurant. "People were looking and waving, and she just tried to melt further into the corner," said a fellow diner.
Though Gwyneth’s rep assured NYDN that she did not eat any sushi that night, it was confirmed that the actress drank Guinness. Says the paper, “Some experts recommend a little Guinness for expecting mothers, because of the brew's high iron content.” That Gwyneth - always ahead of the trends.
Update /// Guinness Fact
What about the old wives tale about nursing mothers drinking Guinness?
Current medical research suggests that pregnant women and nursing mothers
should totally abstain from any form of alcoholic beverage. In pregnancy, it can
lead to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, characterized by slow development. Alcohol does
pass in the mother's milk, so nursing mother's should avoid Guinness and any
other form of alcohol. I have received numerous comments from readers that I am
being overly cautious and that Guinness is still given to nursing mothers in
Ireland and brown ale to mothers in Belgium

Gwyneth to name baby Mortimer! |
|
|
 |
Gwyneth Paltrow raised the bar for strange baby names when nearly two years ago she and her husband, Chris Martin of Coldplay bequeathed their daughter with the moniker Apple. Up until that point, it was typically less famous actresses - like Rachel Griffiths, who named her child Banjo or Shannyn Sossamon, who named her child Audio Science - and out there musicians - like Frank Zappa - who had the monopoly on exotic names. Gwyneth made the practice an A-list phenomenon.
Now Gwynnie’s at it again. According to Page Six, she’s preparing for the birth of a son and according to rossmatthews.net - who recently interviewed Paltrow - Gwyneth plans on naming her son Mortimer. Page Six speculates that the name derives from her nickname for her godfather, Steven Spielberg. Gwyneth calls the lauded director "Uncle Morty." And here we thought Mortimer was an homage to Mickey Mouse’s rival.

We may not know the sex of Brad and Angelina’s baby yet (some sources say it’s a boy and others say it’s a girl), but Brad’s former flame, Gwyneth Paltrow is having another girl. That’s right, Apple is going to have a peachy little sister.
The couple found out their child’s sex in December during a visit to St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica, an insider told Star magazine. "[Gwyneth’s] got a clean bill of health and isn't nervous about the pregnancy. This time around things have been even easier for her than when she was expecting Apple," says the source.

Gwyneth to give birth in LA |
|
|
 |
If only we all struggled with the same issues as celebrities. According to Star magazine, Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband, Chris Martin of Coldplay are arguing over which of their multi-million dollar homes to live in while they await the arrival of their next child. What a conundrum.
Gwyneth, who is due to give birth to her second child in April, wants to have the baby in Los Angeles. Said a source for Star, “that means Chris will have to clear his schedule and plan to be away from England."
Paltrow claims her reason for choosing LA as her baby’s birthplace is because that is where her mother, actress Blythe Danner lives. "Gwyneth is insisting that her mom be part of the birth process," says the source. Paltrow is so sure she is going to get her way that she has already moved into her mother’s Santa Monica home, bringing Chris and daughter Apple along for the ride.
But Gwyneth’s reasons for staying away from the UK during her third trimester may have more to do with her fear of British hospitals than being near her mother. When Paltrow’s friend Madonna gave birth to her son Rocco, she was quoted as saying that British hospitals are “old and Victorian.” In 2004 a source for Britain’s Daily Mail claimed the Material Girl had warned Gwyneth about the UK’s facilities before she gave birth to her first daughter, Apple. “Madonna told [Gwyneth] all these horror stories about how bad the English hospitals are,” the insider said.
And Gwyneth, who last year said that London was “cold and depressing,” may be looking to leave her UK home for good. Rumor has it she’s desperate to regain the fame she’s lost since becoming a mother. “She plans to stay in L.A. after the baby is born to get her career back in the fast lane," said Star’s source.

Angelina Jolie, Gwen Stefani Baby News |
|
|
 |
The baby craze is still hitting Hollywood hard. Though two of this year’s biggest celebrity pregnancies (Britney Spears’s and Jennifer Garner’s) have already ended, it seems many more entertainment industry staples are eager to jump on the bandwagon.
As we earlier reported, Naomi Watts has been spotted visiting a fertility specialist while in her native Australia with fiancé, Liev Schrieber. According to sources for Page Six, Sheryl Crow has also been meeting with fertility treatment centers in the hopes of having fiancé, Lance Armstrong’s child. Lance, when he discovered he had testicular cancer, froze her sperm for just this reason.
Gwen Stefani recently broke the news that she and husband Gavin Rossdale are expecting. Many speculated that Stefani was with child when the costumes on her solo tour became less revealing in recent months. Lately, she’s been wearing much baggier clothes than usual. And also joining the loose-fitting clothes club is Angelina Jolie. Us Weekly has speculated that she and Brad Pitt may be adding a third child to their clan.

Gwyneth Paltrow is pregnant with her second baby.
The news follows months of rumours the actress - who has a baby daughter,
Apple, with husband Coldplay star Chris Martin - was expecting again.
The pregnancy has been confirmed by a reliable source, according to Britain's
Evening Standard newspaper.
The actress and husband Chris have remained tight-lipped about rumours they
are having another baby - although Gwyneth has previously hinted she was
expecting.
In October, the Oscar-winning beauty - who previously admitted she wanted a
bigger family - told a press conference that there were "two Paltrows in the
room" while patting her bulging stomach.
The stunning star made the comment after journalists asked why her husband
hadn't joined her at the London premiere of 'Proof'.
However, neither Gwyneth or Chris are yet to confirm the happy news.
