But perhaps there’s hope for the couple. An insider told NYDN that "they've broken up about a dozen times this year, and they've always come back together. They're adorable together." And InTouch claims the pair reunited in New York on Sunday. “They definitely went on a date last night," said a friend of Simpson’s. An onlooker who saw Mayer leaving Simpson’s hotel on Monday said, "He was looking really happy. He couldn't stop smiling."

Just days after announcing his split from wife of three years, Melissa McKnight, People magazine has learned that LeBlanc is currently dating his “Joey” co-star, Andrea Anders.
According to Melissa’s friend, Kelly Phillips, LeBlanc left McKnight in January to move in to his own apartment. "It was very sudden. She was absolutely blindsided by what transpired," Phillips told People. Then in March, Melissa learned of Matt’s affair when she accused him of seeing someone else and he agreed.
The magazine reports, “friends say…Melissa hoped for a reconciliation – and was stunned when, on March 30, an attorney for her husband called with the news that LeBlanc was about to file for divorce.” Another McKnight insider said, "She wanted to do counseling or therapy. But Matt just didn’t want to work it out."
Matt’s relationship with Andrea is likely the reason for his unwillingness to try to reconcile with Melissa (with whom he has a 2-year-old daughter, Marina). The actor proved he certainly doesn’t hold their relationship sacred when he recently brought Anders to the home he had shared with McKnight.

A source close to the rap giant tells Star that divorce papers under his birth name Marshall Bruce Mathers III were filed on his behalf on the morning of April 5, at the Macomb County (Mich.) Clerk' s office.
Eminem, first married his high school sweetheart Kimberly Scott in 1999.
But he fantasised about her death in his 2000 hit Kim and their first marriage ended the following year
Rap star Eminem has filed for divorce from his wife Kim less than three months after the couple remarried.
Court papers filed by the rapper in Michigan said there had been "a breakdown in the marriage relationship".
"The objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved," it added.
Eminem is seeking joint custody of their 10-year-old daughter Hailie Jade Scott, the papers also said reports BBC News
Kim Mathers' lawyer Michael J Smith said the move came as "somewhat of a surprise".
"But we have to deal with it, and we will deal with it," he said. "I was at their wedding. It's very unfortunate that he filed for divorce."

For nearly ten years, Russell Simmons and his wife, Kimora Lee Simmons have been the king and queen of hip-hop culture. Now the monarchy is breaking down. The couple announced today that they have split up and have been separated "for some time."
Many gossip sites predicted that the separation announcement would be made today and Kimora’s reps were the first to admit to the break up. Russell followed up later with a statement that read, "Kimora and I will remain committed parents and caring friends with great love and admiration for each other. We will also continue to work side by side on a daily basis as partners in all of our businesses." Russell admitted that, though the separation has been in effect for a while, he and Kimora have continued to share a residence.
Russell, the co-founder of Def Jam records, met Kimora when she was a 17-year-old model in 1992. They married in 1998 after a long courtship. Though Russell is often regarded as the businessman of the couple, Kimora is a success in her own right as the creator of the Baby Phat clothing line. The couple has two daughters together: Ming and Aoki.
