Kim Kardashian's aunt has revealed in a new interview that Kim may have plastic surgery to shed her baby weight!

Kim Kardashian has been candid about her pregnancy weight gain, and even revealed she was prepared to "be up there" in the pounds reports HL

"She can have a tummy tuck, which will take care of most of her weight fears," Joan Kardashian told Toronto's Now magazine.

"Other than her belly, which is rather flat, every other part of her body has ballooned. And this is Kim holding to a strict diet. Imagine if she let herself go?" her aunt revealed. "The family's trying to convince Kim to relax and worry about losing the weight months from now."
