Lindsay Lohan got a baby brother the very day she was back in court in Los Angeles with her mother Dina Lohan

According to newspapers, Kate Major, the actual wife of Michael Lohan, has given birth to a son, called Landon Major Lohan, at 11:39 AM PT.

At the same moment, Lindsay Lohan was in court in Los Angeles with Judge Sautner, who summoned her.

Judge Stephanie Sautner made fun of Lindsay Lohan during her hearing this AM, saying "I'm glad to see you're feeling better" -- referring to the fact that she was almost a no-show because her doctor said she had an upper respiratory infection -- which apparently didn't get in the way of her shopping spree last Saturday.
According to TMZ : "Lindsay reluctantly told the judge in her criminal case she's down with saying goodbye to longtime lawyer Shawn Holley ... and put her fate in the hands of New York attorney Mark Heller, who arrived to court today with a rabbit's foot on his bag for good luck."
