DREW BARRYMORE WELCOMES HER FIRST CHILD, A DAUGHTER NAMED OLIVE
Life & Style first reported that Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman were expecting a girl -- and now a rep confirms she's finally here!
The actress and her hubby welcomed their first child, a daughter they've named Olive, on Sept. 26.
"We are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, born September 26th, healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family," a rep for the actress confirms to Life & Style. "Thank you for respecting our privacy during this most special time in our lives."
"I feel I'm sort of surrounded by children and I do feel I'm going to have a child at some point," the 37-year-old has said in the past. "Maybe a little girl. I feel it, but I don't know if it's going to happen. We'll just have to wait and see."
Drew began dating Will, an art consultant and the son of former Chanel CEO Arie Kopelman, in early 2011. The pair announced their engagement in Jan. 2012 and married in June.
