BROOKE SHIELDS' REPRESENTATIVE DISMISSES SMOKING PHOTO
A representative for BROOKE SHIELDS has dismissed reports suggesting the model-turned-actress has been pictured appearing to smoke a marijuana pipe after an old photo surfaced online.
A Twitter.com user named David Hill posted the 1980s snap on the internet on Thursday (27Sep12), alongside the caption: "Here is a photo of Brooke Shields smoking pot with H.R."
The photo features a young woman, who bears a striking similarity to the former child star, lighting a small smoking device as she sits beside Bad Brains punk rocker H.R.
However, Shields' spokesperson has moved swiftly to put a stop to the identity claims, insisting the lady pictured is not The Blue Lagoon beauty, reports the New York Daily News.
The 47 year old famously filmed an anti-smoking public service announcement as a teen, in which she declared, "I think smoking is for real losers."
