Chris Brown tests positive for drugs

Singer Chris Brown is facing a deeper probation probe after testing positive for drugs.

During Brown's probation hearing in California on Monday, it was revealed the singer recently failed a drug test.

The judge revealed that Brown tested positive for marijuana in June. Brown has a medicinal marijuana card for CA , prompting the judge to pointed out that unfortunate the singer had been tested in Virginia.

Brown was never ordered to undergo mandatory drug testing.

She told the singer, "This is my advice to you... You are not an average person who can sit in their living room and do what you wanna do without anybody watching what you do."

"You are not only in the public eye, but you are on probation," she continued.

"I'm going to caution you that you should be very mindful," she said.
