Blake Lively has reportedly given lover Leonardo DiCaprio six months to make an honest woman out of her .

"Blake has played hardball with Leo from the start. Her strategy worked - he dumped Bar [Refaeli] for her - and that's given her the confidence to use the same tactics all over again," a source tells NW.

"Blake knows Leo's track record with women and she does not want to be included on that list," explains the insider, adding that Blake has demanded he prove his commitment.
