Nicki Minaj Talks Love On 'The Wendy Williams Show'

On 'The Wendy Williams Show' one of the hottest entertainers in the world, Nicki Minaj joined to perform and stuck around for a rare sit-down interview with Wendy. Minaj chatted about everything from her new album to sharing a story of when her father burned down their family home, and even dished on her current love life. Minaj commented: "I'm married to Benjamin Franklin - that's all I care about."

WW: Are you in love, I noticed that you're wearing a ring?
NM: No, I'm not in love, Wendy! I'm in love with my music, I'm in love with Pink Friday, I'm married to Benjamin Franklin - that's all I care about. You know what I mean?
WW: And at 26 years old, as far as I'm concerned that's the correct answer. It should be all about our careers at this point.

Nicki Minaj on her father burning down her family home:
WW: I was reading at one point that your father made an attempt to burn the house down.
NM: No, he DID burn the house down. It wasn't an attempt, he did - and my mother was in the house. And she had to run out at the last minute, but she had a dream the night before that the house was going to burn down so she had me and my brother sleep at a friend's house. And so at 3:00 in the morning, they were like - something is going on at your house ... so we ran like four blocks and we just saw smoke.
