MEL GIBSON'S LAWYERS WANT GRIGORIEVA HELD FOR CONTEMPT FOR TAPE LEAK

MEL GIBSON's lawyers are seeking to hold OKSANA GRIGORIEVA in contempt of court after accusing the actor's ex of violating a restraining order by leaking secret audio tapes of his now-infamous rants to the press.
Four clips of secretly taped telephone conversations have surfaced online, purportedly featuring the Braveheart star ranting at the Russian singer using racially offensive and abusive language.
In one tape, obtained by RadarOnline.com, an enraged male voice chastises a woman for dressing provocatively, saying, "You look like a f**king pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n**gers, it will be your fault."
In another recording, the man, who sounds distinctively like Gibson, appears to admit to beating the woman. He taunts, "Oh, you're all angry now! You know what, you f**king deserved it!"
The male goes on to threaten more violence - even hinting at killing the female. He rages, "Threaten ya? I'll put you in a f**king rose garden...You understand that? Because I'm capable of it."
The latest recording appears to feature Gibson threatening arson and demanding oral sex: "I'll burn the g**damn house up, but b**w me first! How dare you!"
The tapes emerged days after Grigorieva accused Gibson of hitting her during heated arguments before they split earlier this year (10). Los Angeles police have since launched a domestic violence investigation into her claims as the former couple fight over custody of their baby girl, Lucia.
Gibson's attorneys filed papers in a Los Angeles court this week (begs12Jul10) blaming Grigorieva for the tapes going public, thereby breaking the terms of a restraining order the actor obtained against her which bans her from speaking about the former couple's volatile relationship.
