Katie Holmes shops with Suri Cruise, Tom Cruise Heads Back to Oprah

Katie Holmes and her husband Tom Cruise recent dined with Oprah Winfrey at the RL restaurant.

The high-profile group sat in a corner booth while security sat at the table across from them. Cruise, who will appear on "Oprah" Friday with "Knight and Day" co-star Cameron Diaz, sported a leather jacket while Winfrey wore jeans.

At a recent Hollywood benefit event, the actress was joined onstage by her husband, Tom Cruise, for a big number.

Holmes performed a sexy number and belted out t "Whatever Lola Wants, Lola Gets" from the 1955 musical Damn Yankees.

Meanwhile, Rachel Weisz has denied a feud with Katie Holmes. Both will both be playing Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis in two different projects.

"She's a fantastic actress," Weisz, referring to Holmes, told PEOPLE at Thursday's NYDG's Rx Haiti benefit in New York. "She will be fabulous."
