JENNIFER ANISTON SUMMONED TO COURT IN AGENT LAWSUIT
JENNIFER ANISTON has been subpoenaed to appear in court as part of a sexual harassment lawsuit involving her agent.
The former Friends star was leaving a party in Los Angeles, the launch of her yoga trainer's new workout DVD, when she was served with legal papers.
The actress has been asked to appear in court as a witness as part of a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against her agent, Todd Shemarya, according to RadarOnline.
Shemarya is being sued by his former assistant, Heather Devlin, who claims she was "exposed to a constant barrage of offensive sexual, racial and religious comments," before she was fired from his firm.
Devlin's suit also alleges Shemarya created a hostile work environment by exposing her to internet porn, "parading naked" around her, and even mocking his Hollywood clients - who also include Leonardo DiCaprio and Aniston's ex-husband Brad Pitt.
Shemarya has denied the allegations, branding Devlin "a disgruntled employee" who is "trying to extort money." (LR/WNWCDAR&WNWCXF/ZN)
