Stephanie Seymour to lose her kids?

Stephanie Seymour's estranged husband has asked a judge for sole custody. Seymour filed for divorce from Peter Brant in March after nearly 14 years of marriage, and the couple has been waging a war of words ever since. In May Seymour filed legal documents accusing Brant of "hostile, threatening and intimidating behaviour," while Brant filed a motion demanding Seymour undergo drug and alcohol testing. Brant is seeking full custody of their three children - because the former model has repeatedly submitted invalid urine samples for her drugs and alcohol tests. Last month Seymour's urine sample came back negative for Subutex - a drug similar to methadone - despite claims she was taking doses of the drug daily. Brant has also accused Seymour and a moving crew of breaking into their shared Florida property and stealing $700,000 (£466,667) of goods.
