Jamie Lynn Spears’ boyfriend charged by police

Jamie Lynn Spears’ boyfriend has been charged by police after he was injured
in a car crash.
Casey Aldridge – the father of Jamie’s 10-month-old daughter Maddie – was
reportedly rushed to Riverland Medical Center before being transferred to
the University of Mississippi Medical Center after suffering a fractured
skull in the accident early on Sunday morning (26.04.09).
A source said: “The doctors are pretty positive he's going to be OK. He
should recover fully. Of course you never know, but they're not expecting
him to get any worse.”
Jamie Lynn, 18, rushed to be with Casey after learning of the crash.
Casey, 19, was later charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle, a
misdemeanour offence.
Casey had attended his cousin’s bachelor party on Saturday night (25.04.09).
He later drove to Lake Bruin in Tensas Parish, Louisiana, after he and four
friends decided to go crabbing.
His 2008 Ford F-250 pickup reportedly went off the side of the road used to
enter the lake area and turned over several times.
One of the passengers suffered a broken collar bone.
Jamie’s representative has not yet commented on the accident.
The ‘Zoey 101’ actress recently decided to postpone her wedding to Casey,
who has previously denied reports he cheated on Jamie Lynn until she was six
months pregnant.
A source said: “The wedding is off. They are still in love, living together
and very happy, but they have no plans to get married. Jamie Lynn has
everything she wants and feels no need for a ring and piece of paper."
