Madonna and Guy Ritchie have reached a custody settlement. The pair were heading for a New York court showdown because Guy wanted the kids raised in the UK, Showbiz Spy reports

But lawyers agreed a last-minute deal that allows Rocco and David to live with the Material Girl while Guy will get regular visits and see the children in the UK during holidays, according to British newspaper The Sun.
