The 'Ghost Whisperer' star - who split from Scottish actor Ross McCall last
month - listens to the Canadian singer's album 'Jagged Little Pill' to get
her through the break-up, while eating chocolate.
When asked how she was coping with the split, Jennifer said: "One day at a
time, and lots of chocolate! Alanis is helping too.
"Everybody has to get through it in their own way. I choose to believe that
some people are just not right for you, and there's somebody else who will
be."
But while Jennifer says she bears no grudges, she isn't interested in
keeping in touch with her former flame.
She said: "Sometimes it's OK not to be friends,"
