Pink spent New Year’s Eve with her ex-husband Carey Hart.
The 29-year-old singer rang in the start of 2009 at Las Vegas’ Wasted Space
club, which is part of the Hard Rock Hotel and is owned by the motocross
racer.
As the clock struck midnight on December 31, the pair – who announced their
separation last February after just two years of marriage – made a public
toast.
A source said: “He escorted her to the stage and toasted her at midnight.
Then he wished everyone a happy new year. It was very informal.
Another source added: “They didn't really talk much, but at midnight Carey
grabbed her and took her up to the stage and introduced her. He sort of led
her to the stage.”
Pink then performed a 30-minute show before returning to the VIP area to
hang out with friends. She left the club alone at around 2am.
Despite spending the evening together, it is unlikely the former couple will
reunite any time soon – they spoke only briefly and didn’t share the
traditional midnight kiss.
