A source says, "Gwyneth just wants to see a smile on her face. She has even bought Madonna some sexy Agent Provocateur underwear and toys.

"She has also planned a special break for her and Madge, which will take place mostly in London.

"The weekend will include some low-key nights at top eateries and bars, followed by a spa break, probably at Babington House in Somerset."
