Emma Bunton knew she had to lose weight after the birth of her son Beau in 2007, but she had no intention of starving herself with a punishing weight-loss and exercise regime, NW reports.

"I didn't want to be in the gym 24 hours a day instead of being with Beau," she says. Her realistic attitude has paid off, with Emma now flaunting an amazing figure she loves.
