Kirsten Dunst Granted Restraining Order An L.A. judge granted Kirsten Dunst's request, ordering 25-year-old Christopher Smith to stay away (by law) from her. According to TMZ, neither Kirsten nor Smith were at court . Last month, Kirsten's assistant made an citizen's arrest against Smith after he got past security on her property. In a court declaration , Dunst said, "Mr. Smith's sudden, aggressive, and harassing efforts to contact me are extremely frightening. I fear not only for my own personal safety, but also for the safety and well being of my housemate and assistant." |
