Britney Spears working on a "top secret project"

The 'Womanizer' singer, who releases her new album 'Circus' on her 27th birthday December 2, has released exclusive photographs of auditions she held for male backing dancers on her MySpace page.

The dancers are part of a "top secret project" Britney is planning with her manager and choreographer, and were reportedly recruited "in anticipation of next month's 'Circus' ".

The new page also includes pictures taken at this year's MTV Video Music Awards, where Britney was named Act of the Year and won the Album of the Year accolade for 'Blackout'.
