According to Star, before Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie marry, they will sign a detailed prenuptial agreement.

A family friend tells Star that Brad has decided that "he wants a prenup in place that spells out everything — their finances, their property and who will raise their children in case something happens."

Insiders say that Brad was prompted to get things down in writing mostly because of his and Angie's romantic track records (between them, they have three divorces and many failed affairs) and a deep love and devotion to their soon-to-be eight children.

And while Brad believes a prenup will keep everything "neat and tidy," a source close to the couple tells Star, "Angelina is more of a free spirit" and thinks having a prenup suggests "that deep down Brad may still harbor doubts."
