The unmarried actor doesn’t understand the concept of having multiple wives as he thinks it would just complicate his life.

He said: “It's triple the headaches. Triple the nagging. Triple the question, ‘What are you thinking?’ You have to pick out three sets of blinds."

The 38-year-old star adds he loves talking his friends’ romantic lives and neuroses as he often draws on their experiences when he is acting.

Vince – who added some of his funniest characters have been based on real people – told Esquire magazine: “I have friends in real life, the way they see stuff, they can be so narrow in their perspective, it makes me laugh. You could have a friend who's dating someone and he can get hung up on the smallest thing.

“If I take an extreme, absolute position, that becomes funny. Because the reaction doesn't warrant the reality.”
