But the second proposal was a much more intimate affair. “I lost the engagement ring I got on the show, so Ryan got me this new ring,” Trista says, showing off the sparkler to Life & Style. “I love it. The old ring was gorgeous — and I do miss it — but I also feel like this new ring signifies our new life and renewed love, something different from what we started on a reality show. We’ll never forget that, but it’s nice to know we’ve made it to a new level.”
