Michael Phelps knows what he’s getting mom Debbie for Christmas — and it won’t fit under the tree. “It’s gonna be a car,” the Olympic swimmer, 23, told Life & Style at the Golden Goggle Awards in NYC on Nov. 17. “She wants to get rid of her SUV and get a car.” So what will Debbie, a middle school principal, be driving around Baltimore? “A BMW or Mercedes,” Michael says. “Whatever she wants!”
