HOLLYWOOD’S DRUG PROBLEM

Before he got sober nine months ago, Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew patient Sean Stewart witnessed outrageous, drug-fueled parties in Hollywood. “Once, I walked into a club and people threw their cocaine in the air,” Sean tells In Touch. “Another time, I was at a huge house party in the Hills and a very famous sports star was standing in the corner smoking crack. I was completely surprised.”

Unfortunately, shocking stories of rampant drug abuse are all too common in Hollywood. “A lot of people use drugs because they’re under pressure,” says Sean, 28, son of pop star Rod Stewart. “Or, if you come from money, you don’t know who to trust or who is using you. It can be hard.”

Celebs like Drew Barrymore, who was addicted to cocaine, and Angelina Jolie, who has used heroin, are just a few of today’s stars who have admitted to abusing drugs. But behind the scenes — and behind closed doors — many stars have secret addictions to pot, cocaine, methamphetamine and more. “Drugs in Hollywood are as common as oxygen,” top model Erin Naas, 24, tells In Touch. “They’re everywhere.” Once, while shopping in LA, Erin, who dated Tommy Lee, bumped into a huge movie star. “He’s a household name and is very handsome,” she explains. “We made eye contact, and within minutes, he offered me cocaine, which I refused.”
