ACTOR Eva Longoria Parker talks about gaining some weight after she stopped exercising.

In a magazine interview recently she said: "It's like, 'Oh my God. She's fat'. I hate that message they're sending out to young women everywhere who think, 'God, she's a size zero and she's still too big'. I never went up a size. I just got a little rounder."

Longoria has shed the extra weight quickly by trimming her diet and is back to visiting the gym five times a week.
