Blake Lively and Penn Badgley run for their lives as they try to avoid paparazzi, after celebrating Penn's birthday with fish and chips at restaurants 'A Salt & Battery' and 'Tea & Sympathy'.

Blake Lively Sued

Brooklyn tailor Angela Bilotti is suing Blake Lively for allegedly failing to pay $500 for the dress she wore at the Teen Choice Awards.

Bilotti wants to be paid for the violet one-shoulder mini-dress.

Bilotti has been contacting the actress for payment

Lively's rep told TMZ that the tailor blotched the job on the dress.
