His 90210 character might be a romantic mess, but Ryan Eggold has a new girlfriend — actress Ashley Greene, a star in the upcoming movie Twilight. “It’s pretty new, but they’re totally together,” says a friend of the couple. Ryan alluded to a new girlfriend at the John Varvatos Malibu Boutique opening on Oct. 4. “I’m sort of dating someone — she’s an actress,” he told Life & Style.
