Madonna and baseball player Alex Rodriguez are "definitely romantic", according to friends of the pair.

The 50-year-old singer - who announced she and husband Guy Ritchie are
getting divorced- and the sportsman have reportedly
been meeting secretly and are keen to pursue their relationship.
A source close to Madonna - who was first romantically linked to Alex,
nicknamed A-Rod, in July - said: "Madonna and A-Rod are definitely romantic.
They are more involved than ever. Alex has really missed spending time with
Madonna. However, he understands the position Madonna's in."
The couple - who were spotted having dinner together earlier this month -
have reportedly agreed to keep their romance "discreet" until Madonna and
Guy's divorce is finalized.
Friends of Madonna insist she did not cheat on Guy and revealed the couple
have been living separate lives for the past 12 months.
The source added: "Guy is not involved in this equation. With or without
A-Rod, Madonna and Guy haven't been 'together' for over a year - they have
been privately separated. Madonna, however, wanted to finish her world tour
before divorcing."
Madonna and A-Rod have both vehemently denied relationship claims in the
past.
