She explains, "I decided I wanted to get fit because my flat is on the top floor without a lift and I was finding it quite difficult to get up the stairs. "So I joined a gym but I hated it. But it had lovely water. "It had all cucumber chopped up into it. So I sat there in my work out gear sipping my nice water watching everyone else working out. "I did it in the end.
